here is a plan you can do after school every day that will get you back on track with MUCH better all over health! ♥

get home from school (everyone's school lets out at a diff time)
eat a snack right when you get home. your energy will probably be low from school, so you want to be in a perky mood!
try apples and peanut butter, peanut butter on toast, or pb&j sanwich.
anything with peanut butter is gonna get your brain up&running (;

when you're done with your snack&stuff, get right into your homework!
start with your LEAST favorite subject (for example, mine is math, so i would get that over with)

go on a short jog, check your facebook, paint your nails, anything! please don't do polyvore, because you won't be able to stop yourself!!

ABSOLUTELY NO DESSERTTTT!!! you should've had that right after dinner!! NO MORE!! see, sugar makes your body hyper and it also slows down your digestive tract, which makes you basically unable to sleep! SO DONT DO ITTT.
instead try some fruits, crackers&cheese, bread&butter, basically anything with PROTEIN or VITAMINS. any kind of healthy thing in them (this means NO bagel bites, girls!)

brush teeth & hair, wash & moisturize face, do ALL that crap(; now, this usually takes me about a half hour, but for some it takes longer, some shorter.

it could be a book for school, something you have to study for spanish tomorrow, a seventeen magazine, a funny book...anythingg:)
reading will calm you down and help your brain stay on track.
