quick & easy xmas gift
peppermint hot coco in a jar!
 
fill a jam jar with 1 cup of coco powder, 1/4 cup of powdered milk, and as much crushed candy cane as you want! i like to layer my ingredients in the jar so that it goes coco, milk, candy cane, coco milk, cnady cane, etc. and it looks like stripes!
 
then just make it pretty with some ribbon and stickers, and add a label saying the instructions (below) and to: from: on the other side.
 
Instrctions; 1-mix all of the ingredients together 2-pour some of the powdered mix into heated milk 3- stir & enjoy!
 
you can give these gifts to anyone! friends, granda, mom etc!

eat a snack right when you get home. your energy will probably be low from school, so you want to be in a perky mood!
 
try apples and peanut butter, peanut butter on toast, or pb&j sanwich.
 
anything with peanut butter is gonna get your brain up&running (;

instead try some fruits, crackers&cheese, bread&butter, basically anything with PROTEIN or VITAMINS. any kind of healthy thing in them (this means NO bagel bites, girls!)
